Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Faridabad. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, executing sales pitches, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to create tailored solutions for clients. The role also involves market research and analysis to develop strategic business plans and expand the company's market presence.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and sales strategies
  • Strong skills in market research, lead generation, and opportunity identification
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with Human Resource Management solutions and related technologies is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales management software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets in a B2B context
