This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, located in Faridabad. The Telesales Specialist will engage potential customers through effective communication, identify and qualify leads, and convert inquiries into sales. Responsibilities include maintaining an updated customer database, following up with prospective leads, and providing excellent customer service and support. The role also involves explaining product details, understanding customer requirements, and assisting in training initiatives to refine telesales strategies.

• Strong Communication and interpersonal abilities
• Sales experience with goal-oriented results
• Training and mentoring skills to support team improvement
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle customer inquiries professionally
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software
