Location : Chandni Chowk, Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain our offerings.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate membership solutions.
- Convert warm leads into paid memberships through effective communication and persuasion.
- Follow up on leads regularly to ensure higher conversion rates.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets as assigned.
- Handle customer queries courteously and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills in Bengali.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
- Good listening skills and problem-solving attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
Qualification & Experience:
- HS Pass is mandatory for this role.
- Bengali Language (Read, Write and Speak) is mandatory.
- 6 months3 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or similar roles (preferred).
- At least a minimum of 6months of experience in the relevant field is preferred.
- Experience in the dating/matrimony industry will be an added advantage.
