Role Description
As a Telecaller / Telesales Executive at SVP Creatives, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients over the phone. Your primary goal is to generate leads, schedule appointments, promote the company's digital services, and support the Sales & BD team in achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and follow up on inbound leads
- Explain SVP Creatives services (social media marketing, SEO, website development, branding, etc.)
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Maintain call records and lead details
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
Qualifications
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with telecalling and follow-ups
- Basic computer knowledge
- Experience in telecalling or sales is a plus
- Knowledge of digital marketing services is a must.
Languages: English, Gujarati (Hindi preferred)
