We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to kickstart their career in sales and customer service. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, providing them with information about our products and services, and assisting them with their inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote products and services.
- Manage customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with leads and customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus).
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
