Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller based in Ahmedabad. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, providing information about loan products, answering inquiries, and guiding customers through the loan application process. They will also follow up with clients to share updates regarding their application status and maintain customer relationships. The role requires achieving daily call targets and collaborating with the sales team to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, including clear and professional phone etiquette
• Ability to explain complex financial information in a simple and understandable manner
• Customer relationship management and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and follow up systematically
• Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in using CRM software and office tools
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage
• Ability to meet targets and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Finance, or related field is a plus
