Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our growing team. In this role, you will communicate with international clients/customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate information or assistance.

The ideal candidate should possess strong verbal communication skills in English, be adaptable to international time zones, and have a customer-centric attitude. While freshers with the right mindset are welcome, experienced telecallers are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to international prospects/customers
• Explain products or services clearly and effectively
• Handle queries, objections, and provide relevant solutions
• Follow communication scripts and maintain quality standards
• Achieve daily/weekly call targets and performance benchmarks
• Update call logs, CRM, and databases accurately

Collaborate with team leaders to improve call quality and conversions

Requirements:

• Fluent English communication is mandatory
• Freshers with excellent spoken English are welcome
• Experience in international voice process preferred
• Should have completed the Graduation.
• Good listening skills, patience, and attention to detail
• Ability to handle pressure and achieve targets consistently
