Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Gurugram. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, addressing inquiries, and providing details on services offered. The role involves maintaining accurate records of interactions, following up with customers, and achieving predefined targets. Additionally, the individual will collaborate with the broader team to improve client satisfaction and service effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal communication, listening skills, and telephone etiquette
- Experience in client handling, customer service, and relationship management
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, data entry, and maintaining customer records
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet targets and deadlines
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Relevant experience in telecalling or a similar role is advantageous
- Minimum educational requirement: High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus
