Role And Responsibilities
Fashion TV India is seeking a Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making cold calls to potential customers, delivering a persuasive sales pitch, handling customer inquiries, and generating leads. Additionally, the Telecaller will update customer information databases, adhere to regulatory guidelines, achieve sales targets, handle objections professionally, and maintain accurate records.
Candidate Qualifications
To excel in this role, the candidate should have good communication skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to handle rejection professionally. While prior experience is not mandatory, candidates with 6 months of experience or freshers who possess the required skills are encouraged to apply.
