Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller (Lead Conversion Executive) based in Chennai. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential clients, understanding their requirements, and converting them into leads. Daily tasks include making calls, providing information about products and services, following up on leads, maintaining a database, and achieving conversion targets. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversion efforts.
