Role Description
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to inform them about products, services, or promotions.
- Handle inbound calls, respond to customer queries, and provide detailed information as needed.
- Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and relevant information.
- Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets.
- Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Keep records of call details, follow-ups, and outcomes.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for lead generation and conversions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Prior experience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Representative, or similar role is an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English / Hindi / local language (customize as needed).
- Good listening skills, patience, and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain confident.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a team.
