Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Mumbai with some flexibility for work from home. The Telecaller will be responsible for communicating with clients and prospects, providing information about services, addressing inquiries, and maintaining professional and effective communication. Additional responsibilities include managing customer relationships, generating leads, and maintaining detailed records of interactions in the company's database.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in maintaining records
- Ability to handle customer queries, resolve issues, and escalate as required
- Fluency in English and regional languages preferred
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Customer service experience or similar roles is a plus
