Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller located in Peera Garhi. The Telecaller will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, interacting with potential customers, handling inquiries, and following up on leads. The role also includes maintaining detailed logs of customer information, pitching products, and ensuring excellent customer service to build lasting relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to articulate clearly and listen effectively
- Proficiency in lead generation, customer interaction, and follow-up practices
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software or data entry tools
- Customer service skills and the ability to handle inquiries professionally
- Positive attitude, ability to work in a team, and goal-driven mindset
- Relevant telecalling or sales experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are an advantage
