Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Telecaller role based in Karol Bagh. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to offer financial products and services, explaining product features, answering queries, and resolving customer issues efficiently. The role involves maintaining customer data, following up for loan applications, and ensuring excellent customer service to achieve customer satisfaction and meet organizational targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills, including clear articulation and active listening.
  • Proficiency in customer service, relationship management, and problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle multiple calls and inquiries in a professional and polite manner.
  • Basic knowledge of financial products, banking processes, and loan procedures.
  • Proficiency in data entry, record maintenance, and CRM tools.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi; proficiency in additional regional languages is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a dynamic environment.
