Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Ahmedabad. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with potential customers and clients via phone calls to promote services, provide information, and address inquiries. Additional duties include maintaining records of calls and customer feedback, resolving complaints or escalating issues when necessary, and meeting performance targets while maintaining professionalism and efficiency in communication.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and telephone etiquette skills
  • Ability to effectively handle customer inquiries, provide relevant information, and address concerns
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with data entry and CRM tools
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Proven ability to work as part of a team and achieve performance targets
  • Customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
