Position: Tele Calling, Sales & Marketing Executive for South India ( Strong proficiency in Kannada and Telugu languages)
Job Location: Vaishnodevi, Ahmedabad
Level of Experience required: Minimum 1 year (Fresher not allowed)
Salary: Upto 30k/PM (Negotiable based on experience)
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote and sell water softener products.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure business.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable water softening solutions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies.
- Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Track and report sales activities, leads, and results.
Requirements:

- Strong proficiency in Kannada and Telugu languages. Additional knowledge of other South Indian languages will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service (Experience in the water softener or related industry Preferred).
- Knowledge of sales techniques and marketing strategies.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Gujarati, Hindi, English(Not compulsory).
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications and CRM tools.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and customer service.
