Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Telecaller Executive at our Ahmedabad office. The Telecaller Executive will be responsible for engaging with clients in the UK and USA markets, managing inbound and outbound calls professionally, and addressing customer inquiries and needs. The role also involves reaching out to potential clients to share information about our services, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, and working toward targets related to lead generation and customer engagement.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English and the ability to adapt communication style to diverse clients.
  • Experience with customer service, telecalling, or telemarketing roles, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.
  • Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and reporting on customer interaction data.
  • Basic knowledge of the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry and familiarity with BIM and CAD services is beneficial.
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and targets consistently.
  • A positive attitude, customer-oriented approach, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • I.T. skills, including comfort with CRM tools and standard office software.
  • Relevant experience and educational background in business, communication, or related fields is an added advantage.
