Telecaller

One Health Assist is a comprehensive Preventive Health Solutions Ecosystem that focuses on holistic care. We provide access to verified doctors and wellness experts for consultations and wellness plans, along with a free EMR upload service for efficient family health management. Our platform includes features like One Health Score, unique One Health ID (OHID), lab tests, medicine subscription plans, and a Health Shop offering top-quality products and great deals. We aim to revolutionize healthcare, delivering personalized wellness experiences for individuals and families, including pets.

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role located in Chennai. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to existing and potential customers, explaining our healthcare services and products, responding to inquiries, and addressing customer concerns. You will maintain and update customer records, follow up on leads, and assist in providing an excellent customer experience while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Strong communication skills, including proficiency in verbal and written communication
• Customer service and relationship-building skills
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
• Basic computer skills with familiarity in using CRM and data entry tools
• Organizational skills and time management abilities
• Fluency in local languages and English; multilingual abilities are a plus
• Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or related fields is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required; additional certifications in customer service or related fields are beneficial
