Job Description

  • Conduct cold calling to mobile retailers to generate qualified leads.
  • Maintain required daily talk time and call productivity benchmarks as defined by company.
  • Build, manage, and continuously update the lead funnel from initial contact to final conversion.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups to improve lead movement across the funnel and maximize conversion ratios.
  • Meet and exceed assigned conversion targets.
  • Promotes franchisee programs, schemes, and offers to drive franchisee partner onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, conversions, and funnel status in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with internal sales teams to align retailer visit for successful onboarding.

Education Qualification

Any Graduate

Work Experience & Skills

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales.
  • Excellent communication skills with strong command over Hindi and English.
  • Confident and persuasive communicator with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to interact with retailers.
  • Strong customer handling and objection-management skills, with the ability to address queries in a professional and solution-oriented manner.
  • Comfortable working with daily talk time norms, conversion targets, and revenue KPIs.
