Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller located in Gurgaon. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, making outbound and receiving inbound calls, providing detailed product or service information, and resolving customer concerns. Other key responsibilities include maintaining records of all communications, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing client queries and needs promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Effective verbal communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in handling outbound and inbound calls, with an understanding of call etiquette
• Strong multitasking abilities and organizational skills for accurate recording of call details
• Customer relationship management skills to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Basic proficiency in computer systems for maintaining call records and accessing company databases
• Fluency in English and Hindi; additional language proficiency is an advantage
• Previous experience in customer service, telecalling, or a similar role is preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in communication or related fields is a plus
