Job Title: Female Telecaller – Automobile Services

Job Summary:
Female Telecallers to handle outbound sales calls for automobile car service packages. The role involves interacting with potential customers, promoting company services, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to customers to promote automobile service packages
Explain product/service features, benefits, and pricing clearly
Convert leads into sales and achieve daily/weekly targets
Follow up with interested customers and maintain strong relationships
Handle both company-provided leads and self-generated leads
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales in CRM or reports
Address customer queries professionally and resolve concerns
Work closely with the team to improve sales strategies
Lead Generation:
Utilize company-provided data for calling
Independently identify and generate new leads through references, networks, or online research
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills in:
English
Hindi
Kannada
Good convincing and negotiation skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools preferred)
Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection
Qualifications:
Minimum: 12th Pass
Any Graduate (Preferred)
Experience:
0–2 years of experience in telecalling / telesales
Preference for candidates with experience in:
Banking
Insurance
Credit cards or related sales industries
Working Hours:
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
