We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telecalling, sales, or Banking service, and will be responsible for generating leads and providing excellent customer support.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
  • Follow up on leads and conduct market research to identify potential customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Provide product information and address customer inquiries professionally.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and sales.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Strong persuasive skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
