We are looking for an experienced Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in telecalling, sales, or Banking service, and will be responsible for generating leads and providing excellent customer support.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
- Follow up on leads and conduct market research to identify potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide product information and address customer inquiries professionally.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and sales.
Skills and Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
- Strong persuasive skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
