As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide information as required.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Follow up on leads and sales inquiries to maximize opportunities.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls and sales conversions.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.
