Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, located in Coimbatore. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing clients, following up on leads, providing information about our services, and addressing customer inquiries. The Telecaller will also maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in telemarketing, call center, or customer service roles
• Ability to pitch, persuade and generate leads
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in digital marketing or tech-related industries is a plus
