Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Telecaller, located in Jaipur. The Telecaller will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, engaging with prospective and existing clients, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves maintaining client relationships, addressing customer queries, following up on leads, and effectively delivering information about the company's services and offerings. The intern will also update databases, maintain records, and collaborate with the team to achieve objectives.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, database management, and basic computer skills
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and multitasking skills
  • Customer service orientation and a professional, courteous demeanor
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to meet deadlines effectively
  • Fluency in Hindi and English; additional languages would be an advantage
  • Some prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service, though not mandatory, is preferred
