Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role at our office in Delhi, India. The Telecaller will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers to promote the company's solar energy solutions. The role involves answering queries, providing product and service details, scheduling appointments for consultations, maintaining records of calls and follow-ups, and achieving assigned sales targets. The Telecaller will also play a key role in customer relationship management through effective communication.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with fluency in Hindi and English
  • Proficiency in telephone etiquette and customer engagement
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and persuasive manner
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office
  • Time management and organizational skills with an ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service or sales is beneficial
