Typical Responsibilities
- Handling high-volume calls to prospective clients to generate leads and close sales.
- Following up with leads and updating CRMs/records regularly.
- Addressing complex inquiries, objections, and complaints.
- Monitoring and guiding junior telecallers, including training and support.
Potential Salary and Benefits
