Experience: 24 years in telecalling, outbound sales, or telesales.

Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication (Hindi/English).
  • Deep understanding of the product/service (e.g., financial products, IT training, real estate) to handle complex queries.
  • Knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel, and online calling tools.

Attributes:

  • Ability to adapt to different shift timings and work environments (on-site, hybrid, or remote).
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience in guiding or mentoring junior team members.

Typical Responsibilities

  • Handling high-volume calls to prospective clients to generate leads and close sales.
  • Following up with leads and updating CRMs/records regularly.
  • Addressing complex inquiries, objections, and complaints.
  • Monitoring and guiding junior telecallers, including training and support.

Potential Salary and Benefits

Salary: 180,000 INR 300,000 INR + (based on experience and location).
