Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, located in H Block, Sector 63, Noida. The Telecaller will engage with clients via phone calls to provide real estate guidance, address inquiries, follow up on leads, and maintain excellent customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include gathering client requirements, ensuring prompt communication, and keeping accurate records of interactions and transactions.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction and engagement
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with data entry and maintaining records
• Good organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to handle client inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Prior experience in a customer service or telecalling role is an advantage
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work in a collaborative on-site environment
• High school diploma or equivalent education; a bachelor's degree in any field is a plus
