Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and confident Telecaller to handle pre-sales customer interactions. The candidate will be responsible for responding to customer queries and reaching out to prospective clients via phone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle pre-sales customer inquiries and provide relevant information.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Follow up with leads and maintain proper communication.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and updates.

Requirements:

• 02 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or a similar role.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with clients.
• Must have their own laptop and stable internet connection.

Work Setup:

• Remote role (candidate should preferably be based in or around Noida)
