Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
• Handle inbound calls and assist customers with their inquiries and issues.

• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong listening skills and the ability to convey information clearly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Customer-oriented attitude and a knack for sales techniques.
