This is a full-time on-site role for a Telecaller, based in Bengaluru South. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound and receiving inbound calls to engage potential clients, explaining products and services, addressing customer inquiries, and nurturing client relationships. The individual will also manage lead follow-ups, provide accurate information, and maintain records in the database. Collaboration with the sales team to achieve business targets is a key part of this role, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to persuade and engage customers effectively
• Proficiency in telecalling practices, active listening, and customer service etiquette
• Basic knowledge of CRM software or database management is preferred
• Fluency in English and local languages is a plus
• Goal-oriented mindset and ability to meet targets in a deadline-driven environment
• Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales is advantageous
• Ability to handle customer inquiries with patience, professionalism, and problem-solving skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in communication or related fields are an advantage
