We are seeking a motivated Telecaller to join our BPO team in India. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with the ability to engage with customers effectively over the phone. This role is suitable for individuals with 0-2 years of experience looking to build a career in telecalling.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve daily and monthly targets set by the management.
- Follow up on leads and referrals to generate new business opportunities.

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
