Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Telecaller located in Bengaluru. Daily responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls to provide customer support and address inquiries about NoBrokerHood services. The role also involves assisting customers in resolving issues, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, understanding requirements of gated communities, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
