Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries effectively.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in English , Hindi , Malayalam , Urdu.
- Basic understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.
- Proficient in using computer systems and MS Office applications.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections with professionalism.
