Responsibilities:
- Make outbound/inbound calls to potential or existing customers
- Share product/service information clearly and effectively
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
- Maintain records of calls and update CRM systems
- Follow up on leads and ensure closure
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: PUC / Any Degree
- Good communication skills in Kannada, Hindi, and/or English
- Prior experience in a call center/BPO is an advantage (Freshers can apply)
- Basic computer knowledge
