Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Telecaller, based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for remote work. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining company services, answering customer inquiries, and providing product or service information. Additional responsibilities include maintaining call records, following up with leads, and collaborating with team members to achieve business goals. Exceptional communication and customer service are crucial to this role.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, as well as customer service expertise.
- Ability to handle phone calls effectively and identify customer needs with a courteous approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools, record-keeping, and call data management.
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid setup.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar role preferred, though not mandatory.
