Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Sales representative, located in Delhi, India. The Tele Sales representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to sell products and services. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries, providing customer support, explaining product features and benefits, closing sales, and maintaining detailed records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Strong Communication and Sales abilities
• Experience in Training is a plus
• Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or related fields are a plus
