We are seeking a motivated Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, promoting our products and services, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
  • Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and objectives set by the management.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Follow up with leads and maintain relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in tele sales or a similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and local languages.
  • Strong persuasive skills and ability to handle objections effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
