Role Description

The Tele Sales Counselor role at UNCOVER Wellness is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. Responsibilities include engaging with potential clients over the phone, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information about services, and assisting in booking consultations or appointments. The Tele Sales Counselor will ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high standards of customer service while achieving individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in tele-sales, customer service, or a related field
• Strong Communication skills for engaging with clients and maintaining professional relationships
• Proven Sales skills to achieve targets and manage the overall sales process
• Exceptional Organization skills to handle client interactions and record-keeping efficiently
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization
• Experience in aesthetics, skin, or hair industry is a huge plus
• Proficiency in English and Hindi is desired
