Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Tele Sales Executive to generate new business opportunities and drive sales growth for our logistics services. The candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, lead generation, client acquisition, follow-ups, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate qualified leads.
  • Promote and sell logistics, courier, transportation, and supply chain solutions.
  • Understand customer requirements and propose suitable logistics services.
  • Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings for the sales team with interested prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM/software.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

Requirements

  • Good communication and negotiation skills with 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience or knowledge of logistics, courier, freight, or transportation services will be preferred.
  • Strong convincing and relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or business development.
  • Comfortable working with MS Office.
