Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Tele Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective students over phone calls, providing information about courses, and guiding them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective students and respond to inbound inquiries.
  • Provide detailed information about courses, admission procedures, eligibility, and fee structure.
  • Counsel students and parents regarding suitable programs based on their interests and career goals.
  • Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication until admission closure.
  • Maintain and update records of calls, leads, and student interactions in the system.
  • Achieve daily/weekly targets related to calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
  • Coordinate with the admission and marketing team for lead management.

Required Skills:

  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Ability to handle student queries and provide proper guidance.
  • Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems.
  • Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
  • Experience in tele-calling, counseling, or admissions will be an added advantage.

Location: Jaipur
