This is a full-time on-site Caller role based in Jaipur. The Caller will effectively communicate with clients, handle inquiries, provide information, and maintain service excellence. Responsibilities include cold and warm calling, providing accurate information, addressing client concerns, and managing leads in a timely and professional manner. Candidates will also need to update records and reports regularly to ensure smooth coordination and follow-ups.

• Prior experience in a similar customer interaction or telecommunication role is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in communication or customer service are advantageous
