Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM executive to manage order processing, quality checks, and customer coordination. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth order flow, maintaining accuracy, and delivering a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer orders after they are punched into the system
• Perform thorough checks on orders, including quality control (QC) and customization requirements
• Capture images and videos of orders to ensure and document product quality
• Share tracking details with customers post-dispatch and maintain proper order flow records
• Monitor and manage order dispatch based on priority
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools or order management systems
• Ability to multitask and handle priorities efficiently
• Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Female candidate preferred
• Prior experience in CRM, operations, or customer-handling roles is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
