Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up on leads and conduct market research to identify potential clients.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets set by the management.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
