This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele-Caller based in Kolkata. Responsibilities include contacting prospective clients, providing information about properties, addressing inquiries, and maintaining positive client relationships. The Tele-Caller will also schedule appointments with the sales team, handle follow-ups, and contribute to achieving sales targets through effective communication and customer engagement.

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in telecommunication and handling client inquiries
• Ability to maintain accurate records and coordinate with the sales team effectively
• Basic knowledge of real estate or sales is an added advantage
• A polite and professional approach with a customer-focused attitude
• Fluency in English and Bengali; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Proficiency in basic computer and CRM software tools
