Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and events.
- Achieve daily and monthly call targets and sales goals set by the team.
- Provide feedback to management on customer responses and market trends.
