Ikigai Schools Performing Arts (Music Dance Theatre)

Location: Sector 116, Noida

Timing: 11:15 am 8:15 pm (6 days a week)

Salary: 20,000/month + up to 10,000 incentives

About the Role

Ikigai Schools is looking for a Student Acquisition Counselor to drive admissions through telemarketing, counseling, and lead conversion. You'll engage with parents and students interested in our Music, Dance, and Theatre programs, guide them toward suitable courses, and convert them into registered students.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls to prospective students and invite them for free demo sessions.
• Counsel students and parents post-demo to finalize registrations and course selections.
• Maintain a lead tracker (High / Average / Maybe / Rejected) with daily updates.
• Follow up with high-potential leads and existing students for renewals or upgrades.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Team on posts, campaigns, and social engagement.
• Report daily progress and insights to the Centre Manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 12 years in telemarketing, counselling, or education sales.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
• Strong verbal fluency in English & Hindi is a must.
