Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Cold Calling & Lead Generation
Call potential clients from the provided databases or directories.
Introduce the agency's marketing services (digital marketing, social media, branding, etc.).
Identify interested prospects and pass qualified leads to the sales or marketing manager.
2. Client Follow-ups
Follow up on leads generated from ads, social media, or campaigns.
Maintain communication with interested clients via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
Schedule meetings or demos for the business development team.
3. Database Management
Update lead status in Excel sheets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes.
4. Customer Relationship
Handle inquiries politely and professionally.
Build rapport with potential and existing clients.
Handle basic objections and provide necessary information.
Skills Required
Good communication in English and Hindi.
Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM software).
Data entry (Responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining digital information within databases and systems)
Sales communication techniques — how to pitch, handle objections, and close soft leads.
Understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, ads, branding, etc.) is a plus.
Polite, confident, and persuasive phone manner.
Ability to work with daily targets and maintain consistency.
