Job Description

Who you are

  • Graduate with a B.Com., B.A.F., or an equivalent degree
  • Minimum 2 year of experience in the industry
  • Strong experience with Tally, specifically in a day-to-day accounting role
  • Proven track record of managing accounts for companies
  • Experience working within B2B or service-based industries (e.g., IT, Recruitment, or similar firms)
  • Advanced Excel skills are a must
  • Good communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external partners

What you will do

  • Handle the entire Tally process end-to-end, ensuring books are accurate and up-to-date
  • Manage basic data entry along with more complex bookkeeping tasks
  • Take charge of GST and TDS filing to ensure full tax compliance
  • Prepare and oversee the annual audit process
  • Maintain clear records of financial data, including client ledgers and tax status
  • Work closely with the team to ensure all financial systems and portals are functioning smoothly
