Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter who can develop engaging content for social media platforms and digital advertising campaigns, primarily for the healthcare industry. The candidate will be responsible for creating impactful copies, planning content strategies, and developing trend-driven content to grow social media presence and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling copy for social media posts, reels, carousels, and digital ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, etc.).
  • Develop content tailored for the healthcare and hospital industry, ensuring accuracy, sensitivity, and compliance.
  • Write engaging captions, headlines, ad copies, scripts, and campaign concepts.
  • Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars aligned with marketing goals.
  • Research industry trends, healthcare awareness days, and social media trends to create relevant content.
  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams for campaign execution.
  • Create content strategies to increase reach, engagement, and followers across platforms.
  • Optimize content based on performance insights and analytics.
  • Maintain brand tone, messaging consistency, and professional healthcare communication standards.
  • Develop creative ideas for awareness campaigns, doctor-led content, patient stories, and educational posts.

Requirements

  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
  • Experience writing for social media and performance marketing ads.
  • Understanding of healthcare communication and audience sensitivity.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).
  • Ability to adapt tone for educational, promotional, and awareness content.
  • Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
  • Awareness of current social media trends and content formats.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field.
  • 2 - 4 years of experience in copywriting/social media content creation.
  • Experience working with a digital marketing agency or healthcare brand is preferred.
